Mumentum is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.  Mumentum is a Partnership between Carolynne Hassall and Rennay Little, residents of Australia.

Trading Currency

The currency of all transactions through Mumentum is in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

Goods & Services Tax

Products and services including postage and handling are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently 10%.

Pricing & Product Information  

Pricing and product information displayed on Mumentum’s website is current at the time of publishing to web. Prices are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we will not warrant that product information and pricing is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Gift Wrapping by Mumentum or Wrap-It-Yourself

We offer two gift wrapping options:

  • Gift wrapping by Mumentum is available at a charge of $5 per package requested to be wrapped.  A package may constitute one or a number of products.  Our gorgeous wrapping consists of layered white tissue paper, protected with clear plastic and bound in vibrant ribbon.  A Mumentum seal completes the presentation. 
  • Wrap-it-yourself (or WIY) materials can also be ordered.  Where requested, Mumentum dispatches sufficient white tissue, clear plastic, length of ribbon and seal with your order.  In this way you are able to perform gift wrapping yourself, after you’ve viewed your ordered goods.  This option also incurs a fee of $5 per package requiring wrapping.  A package may constitute one or a number of products. 

In both cases, you will need to tell us which products you wish to be wrapped / or wrap yourself, individually or together so that we can wrap correctly or allow sufficient amount of wrapping to be supplied.  Add these instructions to the "Comments" section when you Checkout.

Forms of payment accepted 

PayPal, Electronic Funds Transfer, Visa and Master Card, cheque & money order.

Merchant Facilities Provider – Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments made through the Mumentum Online Store and orders accepted by phone, email, fax, post and in-person, are processed by Mumentum’s merchant facility provider in Australia:  ANZ Banking Group through ANZ Cards Merchant Service Centre, 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, Austalia.

Placing an order

Orders are dispatched after payment has been received and funds cleared.  When placing an order you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information. Should you provide the wrong delivery address, we will not accept responsibility for the cost of re-sending the order to the correct address. 

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with Mumentum. We will contact you, in the first instance by email, to confirm the details and integrity of your order.  This will also provide for offering shipping methods and confirming your preference.

Cancelling an order

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time. In those circumstances, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by you arising out of or in connection with the exercise of these rights.

If we have received cleared funds in respect of payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion and subject to conditions expressed within our Returns Policy.  (See our Returns Policy for further information.)

Some brands or products shown may change subject to availability. A substitute brand or product may be offered where stock is unavailable.
